We serve businesses, accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts and institutions only.

How do I fund my account?

We currently accept SWIFT bank transfers only, in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, CAD and AUD. For anti-money-laundering reasons, funds must come from a bank account in the same name as your SBZ account. Contact the desk for details.

What is the difference between OTC and exchange trading?

On an exchange, you place orders on a public order book where anyone can trade, usually in smaller amounts with instant settlement. OTC trades are handled directly by our professional traders and are designed for clients buying or selling large amounts of crypto. For block trades of USD 100,000 and above, executing everything at once on an exchange usually moves the price against you as the order fills. This is known as slippage. With OTC, you agree one firm price for the whole order before you trade, so slippage is not a concern.

How fast is execution and settlement?

Execution is instant. As soon as you accept the price, the trade is locked in at that price. Settlement then depends on which way you are trading: - Buying crypto: the assets are sent to your verified wallet within 10 to 15 minutes, depending on network congestion. Selling crypto: the funds reach your verified bank account the following business day, in line with banking hours. If you have specific settlement requirements, tell your trader and we will work to meet them.
